Can i exchange my item?
- At this time we are not able to facilitate exchanges for online orders so we suggest returning the items you no longer want and placing a new order.
- In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email within 10 days of returning your items, contact our Customer Care team and we will help you out.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.

How do I return something to you?
- Free Returns in store
You can easily return your order in store for free at any of our stores in New Zealand. To see our stores, head here.
Note: If you purchased using an in-store kiosk, return your order to the same JD Store for a refund. This will need to be made to the original payment type.
You can also return to us by post up to 30 days after your item is delivered.
1. Simply fill out our returns form found here and enclose it with the items. If you do not have access to a printer, insert a piece of paper with your return details.
2. Mail your return to:

All postal returns must be accompanied with the original order receipt, or a physical copy of your order confirmation.
Please note: eturns to this address must be posted by courier. We will not accept returns in person. We recommend using a service with a tracking number to help prevent lost packages as the goods are the customer's responsibility until accepted back by us.
The item must be returned in its original condition including its original packaging and must not be marked, labelled, damaged, or taped.
3.Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
4. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

What is your returns policy?
- If You change Your mind on a purchase, please return your goods to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Online orders can be returned to our dispatch centre, or taken to one of our stores.
All returns must be unworn and unopened, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or are in their original packaging which must also be undamaged and in its original condition. The original packaging must also be returned in original condition and must not be marked, labelled, damaged, or taped.
Returns by post are to be paid for by the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied).
Personalised items will only be accepted if the personalisation text is incorrect or if the product is faulty.
