What is your returns policy?
- If you change your mind on a purchase, please return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
  Online orders can be returned to our dispatch centre or taken to one of our stores.
  
  All returns must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached and original packaging in good condition.
  
  Returns by post must be paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  
  Personalised items will only be accepted if the personalisation text is incorrect or the product is faulty.

How do I return something to you?
- Free Returns in store
  You can easily return your order in store for free at any of our stores in New Zealand. To see our stores head here.
  
  Note: If you purchased using an in-store kiosk, return your order to the same JD Store for a refund. This will need to be made to the original payment type.
  
  You can also return to us by post up to 30 days after your item is delivered.
  
  1. Fill out our returns form found here and enclose it with the items.
  
  2. Mail your return to:
  JD Sports Returns Centre
  25 Timberly Road
  Māngere
  Auckland 2022
  
  All postal returns must include the original order receipt or a copy of your order confirmation.
  
  Returns must be sent via courier. We will not accept returns in person.
  
  3. Once we receive your return, we will send a confirmation email.
  
  4. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Can I exchange my item?
- At this time we are not able to facilitate exchanges for online orders. Please return the items you no longer want and place a new order.
How long will it take to process my return?
- As soon as your return has been received and processed by our Returns Centre team, we’ll email you to let you know.
  
  If you haven’t received an email within 10 days of your item being delivered to our returns centre, please contact our Customer Care team.
  
  Make sure you include your original order number, returned items, and any delivery reference numbers.
Wrong or faulty item?
- Please get in touch with our customer service team if there are any issues with your order.

How will I know if you have successfully received my order?
- Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you (usually within a few hours).
  
  If you have not shopped with us online before, please check your junk or spam folder.
  
  You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account and selecting My Orders.
